Thank you to those members who were able to attend the recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Alamanda Owner’s Corporation (OC) and residential community held virtually on Tuesday, 9^th May 2023.

Owners Corporation Administration and Management Update

Owners Corporation Financial Reporting

The audited Annual Financial Statements as at 31^st January 2023 were adopted by the members at the AGM and are available to view on the Alamanda Community App.

Operating Budget and Owners Corporation Fees 2023-2024

The OC budget was adopted at the AGM, which resulted in the annual contributions for the current financial period totaling $723.88 incl. GST for a standard residential lot with 100 units of liability.

The Owners Corporation Fees for the upcoming period, 1^st August 2023 to 31^st January 2024, will be issued at $368.10.

Owners Corporation Committee 2023/2024

We would like to extend a warm welcome to our six newly elected Committee Members. We look forward to working with them moving forward to assist in making Alamanda a community that you are proud to call home.
