Unlocking/Locking the Front Door
You will find this "key" hanging on the coat rack next to the front door or on the hooks by the exit to the bathroom. Use this to set the door in the unlocked position. You will push the handle of the RIGHT door and turn the key to the right. Be sure to lock this door at the end of your party.
Clubhouse Back doors
The double backdoors the left door can be unlocked using the same key for the front door. You can also unlock the single backdoor next to the kitchen and use that as an entrance and exit to the bathrooms.
Be sure to lock this door at the end of your party.

The clubhouse and restroom doors may not be propped open or blocked in any way. Propping doors open will increase heating and air conditioning loads and can damage the doors.
**Bathroom key fobs are also by the back door. Blue Chevron is for the Men's & Owls is for the Women's. Be sure these are placed back on the hooks before the end of your event**
Electrical Outlets
There is a limit on the load that each outlet can have. Please limit the number of high wattage fixtures to one per outlet (crockpots, other small appliances). The breakers will/can trip if there is too much wattage being used. There is a $50 trip surcharge to have a staff member go to reset the breaker. Response time can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Any charges will be deducted from the security deposit and any excess expenses will be charged to the member’s account.
Music/Excessive Noise
Music and/or any other noise must be kept at a level that cannot be heard from the surrounding area. The renter of the clubhouse will be responsible for seeing that there are no loud noises from the guests either coming to or leaving the function at the clubhouse.
Furniture
Tables and chairs are for the use of the clubhouse at no additional charge. All furniture must be placed in its original location after each event. All furniture must remain inside the clubhouse at all times. Renters not placing furniture in its original location are subject to a charge of $75.00 that will be deducted from the security deposit. If there are tables, chairs, or other such items missing, the renter will be responsible for replacement charges. No tables or setups are allowed in the exterior of the building.
