President's Corner
Hello, Fellow Alamo Ranchers!

I'm your HOA President, Jordan Wagner. I hope this finds you and your family well and enjoying our warming weather.

I'm taking a little corner of the newsletter each month to simply address homeowners and let them know some of the smaller details that are going on in our HOA but don't get as big of a spotlight.

Firstly, I'd like to say congratulations to our community manager, Jenée Lewis, on winning On-site Community Manager of the Year. She was nominated, by her previous community that she managed, for her hard work and dedication and for providing excellent service. We are lucky to have her!

Our new gate code system has been implemented, and if you have not gotten access yet please call the office and ask for an invite email. It only takes a second to get access.

We have a new drink vending machine behind the clubhouse by the bathrooms! It only takes cash at this time. I'm hoping it will be a great service when you get thirsty at the pool and park this summer!

I hope to see you at our monthly board meetings. Feel free to reach out to me or the office ladies about any HOA-related concerns.

Jordan Wagner, Board President
