It is that time of year again!

The Alamo Ranch Community Association will hold its Homeowner Board Election during the Annual Meeting scheduled on October 4, 2022. The Residential Property Owners will elect three (3) persons for the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the Bylaws of Alamo Ranch Community Association, the Board of Directors consists of seven (7) Resident Board Members. At this time, we have three positions that need to be filled by election. The three (3) positions will have a term of two years.

If you wish to volunteer for a potential seat on the Alamo Ranch Community Association Board of Directors, please complete the application below and return it to the Association Office by August 19th.
The Alamo Ranch POA (Property Owner's Association) will have 2 resident positions available this year. Applications for these positions can be submitted through August 15, 2022. Please complete the application and email it to bkill@ccmcnet.com

With the recent news about Warrior Disposal, here is some information I collected. I was unable to get in touch with Metro Waste.

I reached out to Texas Disposal Systems, and they can offer a subscription service for trash/recycling. I am currently working with Republic Services to see what they may be able to offer. As I get more info from them, I will share it with the community.

Rates will typically depend on the number of customers in a given area. So the more customers a company has in our community, the lower the rate will most like.y be. Average for this area tends to be between $80 & $90 a quarter for 1x weekly service for trash and recycling.
Jenée is meeting with the fence contractor on 8/3 to discuss brush removal. The contractor will begin clearing brush along the fence line to create a 2-3' path, starting next week. This will allow them to replace the fence, stain, and remove anything that could cause potential damage from pushing on the fence.

Fence replacement is set to begin towards the end of August. If your home backs up to Lonestar or Volunteer Parkway (See map above) you will receive an email in addition to a flyer on your door letting you know when you can expect the fence to be down. The contractor has informed us that they will put up temporary fencing and everything will be completed by end of the day each Friday, no one's fence will be left down over the weekend.

If you have any questions please contact the Association office.

Hello, Fellow Alamo Ranchers!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Summer Bash in July! School is right around the corner, and so is our annual meeting. The board is putting some CCR and bylaw changes on the ballot this year, so be sure to be on the lookout for those. Changes to the CCR's require a 2/3 vote from the whole community so if you care about trademarked sports flags, birthday signs, or basketball hoops, make sure to vote.
I hope residents are enjoying the new picnic tables that are in front of the clubhouse. It's not completed, but a good start on the food truck park.

As always, please feel free to reach out to me with concerns or questions about our community.
