Office Update

The holidays are in full swing! It's great seeing so many homes lit up during this festive season. With the holidays come a few office closures. Those dates and times will be posted next week.

2023 Q1 Assessment statements have been sent out.

Feel free to stop by the office if you need any assistance. We want to ensure a positive experience. Please let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or feedback. Please allow 24-48 hours for email and voicemail responses.

For your convenience, there is a dropbox outside the office for checks, modification applications, etc. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Thank you!

PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED BY

Happy holidays fellow Alamo Ranchers!

It's the last month of 2022, and we've got a busy month of activities ahead. Winter wonderland, gingerbread house contest, cookie swap, bunco, oh my!

The pergolas from the pool will be "transplanted" into two different neighborhoods to make room for our new pool shades that are coming any day now. If you log into the website, you can see there have been a few minor changes. By the way, don't forget to follow the Facebook page @GrantsofAlamoRanch, and if you don't already have a login to the website, just go to www.myalamoranchcommunity.com and click register. It's easy, and it gives you access to information about paying your dues, upcoming events, HOA financials, and much more.

A few board members and I are working with the management company to make the site more user-friendly so please be patient as that happens, but it will remain usable while we make changes. Hope everyone has a lovely holiday month. Email me with any questions or comments.

Greenbelt Fence Lines

Homeowner's who live along greenbelts/association common areas. Please do not dump items behind your house over your fence. While conducting a walk of the fence line, we found old tree limbs, potted plants, building materials, pet waste, etc.  These areas are not meant for dumping. If items are found behind your home moving forward, you will receive a compliance violation that will need to be remedied by the homeowner.

Lawn Care

Summer is here, and lawns and weeds have begun to grow. Please make sure that your lawns are neatly mowed, edged, and weeded on all sides of your home, including the front, sides, and backyard.

Pet Courtesy

Please be courteous to your neighbors as you walk your pets. Make sure to clean up after your pets to help keep the neighborhood clean and beautiful! Please remember that pets must be on a leash at all times when not in an enclosed area.

Modification Applications

All homeowners are required to submit an ACC Request for approval before any additions are added to the home. You can now complete and submit the Modification Application Form electronically! Please click HERE for the new link! The paper form and the new link are on the community website at www.myalamoranchcommunity.com.

*Please note that once your application is submitted, the ARC has up to 60 days to make a decision. The Association Office will not have a response from the ARC for at least a week, once submitted.
