The Main Pool Will Be Closed for Resurfacing

The main Lap Pool will be closed for repairs and resurfacing beginning in February.

Due to cracks and delamination, it is necessary to make these repairs for the safety of our residents.

The Association and Board are excited to bring a new and updated look to the pool.
New Amenity Access System Coming!

The amenity center access system will soon be getting an upgrade. You will be able to use your smartphone or a fob to enter the Amenities area. As we begin this transition process you will receive an email with your credentials from

As we have more information we will continue to communicate with everyone. We expect to go live sometime this month.
New Benches for the Alamo Ranch Residents

Have you noticed the large limestone blocks that appeared around the neighborhoods? The Alamo Ranch POA is installing butter bar benches for residents to use while out and about. There will be more benches installed in 2022 as the year progresses. If you have questions, you are welcome to direct them to the POA Manager, Barbara Kill.

The February monthly meeting will take place at the Alamo Ranch Clubhouse and is open to all homeowners.

HOA Assessments

Your HOA 2nd Quarter Assessments will post on April 1, 2022. If you have not yet paid your 1st quarter assessment fees, they are now considered late and may have late fees attached.

Payments can be made at the office during normal business hours or can be dropped off in the after-hours drop box if after 5 PM via check, cashier's check, or money order (made out to ARCA).

Make sure to include your account number/ARCA address.

If you have questions regarding your account or need to set up a payment plan, please call the Association Office at 210-740-4976.

Trash Cans
Please make sure that trash and recycle receptacles are out of view from the front of the home on non-trash days.

Modification Applications
All homeowners are required to submit an ACC Request for approval before any additions are added to the home. You can find the Modification Application form on our website at www.myalamoranchcommunity.com under documents and forms or you may pick one up at the office.

*Please note that once your application is submitted, the ARC has up to 60 days to make a decision. The Association Office will not have a response from the ARC for at least a week, once submitted.
