Hello, Fellow Alamo Ranchers!

Hi Alamo Ranchers!

Thank you to all that attended the town hall. The Board appreciated the great comments and suggestions. The board approved a bid for new shade structures for the pool which should be installed in roughly 8-12 weeks.

The Board would like to invite volunteers to come to help clear the area by the basketball court & bike rack on July 23rd at 9 AM to make room for food truck picnic tables. Let me know if you plan to help.

The office will be going through some changes starting August 1st. The Board agreed to a 5-year contract with our current management company after going out for bid. The Board realized we are getting the best value for our money with CCMC. The Board also listened to resident feedback and decided to go back to two persons in the office. With this reduction in staff, Michelle will be moving to another CCMC-managed property. Michelle has been with us for 8 years so if you see her please extend your thanks for her years of service. There may be an adjustment period to this so please be patient and utilize email and website when possible to not flood the phone lines. If you have questions/concerns about this change or anything else please email me anytime.

Have a fun and safe summer.
