The Main Pool Is Closed for Resurfacing

The main Lap Pool is closed for repairs and resurfacing beginning in February.

Due to cracks and delamination, it is necessary to make these repairs for the safety of our residents.

The Association and Board are excited to bring a new and updated look to the pool.
New Amenity Access System Will be Installed THIS MONTH!

The amenity center access system is being upgraded this month. Starting on Wednesday (3/9) or Thursday(3/10), your current amenities key cards will not work due to the installation of the new system. We will confirm the exact date Monday.

The day we begin this transition process you will receive an email with your credentials from Openpath Security <setup@openpath.com>. You will be able to use your smartphone or a fob to enter the Amenities area. If you'd like to download the app now you will look for the below in your app store. We will have a key FOB distribution day for those that wish to purchase a FOB on March 26th 12p-2p, after the Easter Egg Hunt.
HOA Assessments

Your HOA 2nd Quarter Assessments will post on April 1, 2022. If you have not yet paid your 1st quarter assessment fees, they are now considered late and may have late fees attached.

Payments can be made at the office during normal business hours or can be dropped off in the after-hours drop box if after 5 PM via check, cashier's check, or money order (made out to ARCA).

Make sure to include your account number/ARCA address.

If you have questions regarding your account or need to set up a payment plan, please call the Association Office at 210-740-4976.

Friendly Reminders!

Lawn Care
As Spring approaches and the days get warmer, lawns and weeds will begin to grow. Please make sure that your lawns are neatly mowed, edged, and weeded on all sides of your home, including the front, sides, and backyard.

Modification Applications
All homeowners are required to submit an ACC Request for approval before any additions are added to the home. You can find the Modification Application form on our website at www.myalamoranchcommunity.com under documents and forms or you may pick one up at the office.

*Please note that once your application is submitted, the ARC has up to 60 days to make a decision. The Association Office will not have a response from the ARC for at least a week, once submitted.

It's not always all work and no play at the Association Office. On occasion, we do get the opportunity to visit with our furry four-legged residents. If you are new to the neighborhood or have not yet come by to get your dog a treat, please be sure to do so. We would love to meet our resident dogs!
