Office Update

Now that we've made it through Halloween, we're ready to get into the Holiday spirit. Are you ready for the holidays? We can't wait to see all the lights and decorations again this year.

With the reduction in staff, the office will now be open M-F 9am-5pm. If you wish to meet specifically with Jenée, please email for an appointment. If you need to speak to a staff member between 8 am- 9am, please email for an appointment.

Feel free to stop by the office if you need any assistance. We want to ensure a positive experience. If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, please let us know. Please allow 24-48 hours for email and voicemail responses.

For your convenience, there is a dropbox outside the office for checks, modification applications, etc. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Thank you!

Facility Maintenance

PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED BY

Hello, Fellow Alamo Ranchers!

I'm happy to announce I've been appointed your HOA President for a second term. I'm going to continue the track I started last year by working hard on getting the master plan amenities started and also maintaining our current financial and community standards.

You will be seeing more surveys coming out this year as the social committee wants feedback on the events now that they have taken over the majority of social events. Here is a survey about the Halloween trunk or treat.

Take the Survey

The next event is the Turkey bingo on November 10th. If you have any feedback or requests for events, please email the social committee or me. (arcasocialcommittee@gmail.com

Lastly, our HOA became a 501c4 non-profit organization last year. As a non-profit, it is our privilege not to pay sales tax but are required to give back to our community. To uphold our obligation, we are having a SA Food Bank drive (11/7-11/21), and we are having a Lights Alive fundraiser night on December 1st to raise money for a high school senior scholarship this year. With the Lights Alive money and our vending machine money, we will be awarding a high school senior from our community a college scholarship. Be on the lookout for more information.

I know that's all a lot of information but as always, feel free to email any questions you have for me.

Greenbelt Fence Lines

Homeowner's who live along greenbelts/association common areas. Please do not dump items behind your house over your fence. While conducting a walk of the fence line, we found old tree limbs, potted plants, building materials, pet waste, etc.  These areas are not meant for dumping. If items are found behind your home moving forward, you will receive a compliance violation that will need to be remedied by the homeowner.

Lawn Care

Summer is here, and lawns and weeds have begun to grow. Please make sure that your lawns are neatly mowed, edged, and weeded on all sides of your home, including the front, sides, and backyard.
