Announcements

Thank you to everyone who attended the Annual Meeting, and to everyone who took the time to vote either online or via absentee ballot.

All by-law amendments were passed with a majority vote of quorum.  The 2 DCCR amendments did not pass due to not receiving enough votes to hit the 66.667% of total homeowners within the community.

Facility Maintenance

PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED BY

Hello, Fellow Alamo Ranchers!

I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather. I see lots of people out walking their dogs and such. There's been a few complaints about pet waste, so please make an effort to keep our common areas and sidewalk areas clean and pick up after your pets.

The annual meeting was a great success with food, prizes, discussions about our community, AND meeting quorum! Thank you all who did your part to keep the budget for the annual meeting as it is by showing up and turning in your absentee ballots.

The fence replacement is almost done, and the company will pick up the debris when they finish. They did more than 1000 feet of fence in less than two weeks, so please be patient as they clean up.

Please check your emails and Facebook for updates on all the upcoming holiday events!

As always, please feel free to contact me with concerns or questions about our community.
