More information on the Annual Meeting will be coming out soon!

We hope everyone has a safe and fun Labor Day. The office will be closed Monday, 9/5, in observance of the holiday. We look forward to seeing you Tuesday!

This weekend is the last weekend the slide will be open for the season. Saturday - Monday 12p-7p. The pool monitor's last day will also be Monday, 9/5.

Don't worry the pool is not closing. Our pool is open year-round for your enjoyment! The pool will also now be open daily from 6a-9p.

The contractor for the fence replacement has contacted those homeowners whose fence will be taken down and replaced next week. If he didn't speak with you directly, he would have left a letter on your door. They will begin taking the fence down on Lonestar Parkway (closest to the Starbucks) on Monday, September 5th.

The contractor has informed us that they will put up temporary fencing, and everything will be completed by end of the day each Friday. No one's fence will be left down over the weekend.

Hello, Fellow Alamo Ranchers!

Happy fall yall

September is looking to be the start of a busy season. Our social committee is having a wine-tasting trivia night this month. The food truck lineup is looking great, the Trunk or treat is coming up soon, and the committee has got some really fun activities planned.

Our annual meeting is next month, and the office will be mailing out postcards that will have voting information on it very soon. Only one vote per household, and if you need a paper copy, you can get it in the office. We're trying to keep the mailing cost down by going electronic, so as soon as you get the postcard, scan the QR code and cast your vote.

The shade structures for the pool are looking to be installed in November, and we will be getting prices for more pool furniture soon.

HOA Assessments

Your HOA 4th Quarter Assessments are due on October 1, 2022. Assessments are considered late if not received by October 31st.

Payments can be made at the office during normal business hours or can be dropped off in the after-hours drop box if after 5 PM via check, cashier's check, or money order (made out to ARCA).

Make sure to include your account number/ARCA address.

If you have questions regarding your account or need to set up a payment plan, please call the Association Office at 210-740-4976.

Lawn Care

Summer is here, and lawns and weeds have begun to grow. Please make sure that your lawns are neatly mowed, edged, and weeded on all sides of your home, including the front, sides, and backyard.

Pet Courtesy

Please be courteous to your neighbors as you walk your pets. Make sure to clean up after your pets to help keep the neighborhood clean and beautiful! Please remember that pets must be on a leash at all times when not in an enclosed area.

Modification Applications

All homeowners are required to submit an ACC Request for approval before any additions are added to the home. You can now complete and submit the Modification Application Form electronically! Please click HERE for the new link! The paper form and the new link are on the community website at www.myalamoranchcommunity.com.

*Please note that once your application is submitted, the ARC has up to 60 days to make a decision. The Association Office will not have a response from the ARC for at least a week, once submitted.
