Single-Family Homeowners:
Upgrade Your HVAC & Save
The HEEHRA Inflation Reduction Act rebates are now available for single-family homes in Albany looking to install a heat pump HVAC system. Depending on your household income, you can earn $4,000 to $8,000 in rebates! You can learn more at the City of Albany’s electrification website.
What’s a heat pump?
It’s an efficient, dual-purpose system that both heats and cools your home, and it runs on Albany’s clean, renewable electricity! It can help you save money on your energy bills while helping the environment by reducing your home’s energy consumption and switching to clean electricity.
