SURVEY: CITY STREETLIGHTING EVALUATION

Do you have opinions about streetlighting in Albany? Community members are encouraged to participate in the City Streetlighting Evaluation Survey.

This survey involves gathering public feedback about lighting at select sites throughout the City. These sites have been selected because they are representative of different specific needs and current lighting conditions.

Information gathered will be used to supplement detailed technical assessments performed by the City’s experienced consultant at the same locations. This will help inform future proposed lighting guidelines and potential improvements for the City’s streetlighting system.

The Citywide Streetlighting Evaluation Project (CIP No. 25008) is funded by Alameda County Transportation Commission Measure B Local Streets & Roads pass-through tax revenues.
