Chamber AGM - Announcement:
The Alberni Valley Chamber of Commerce invites you to our upcoming ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. We'll host our Meeting VIA ZOOM during which time we'll provide you with:

  • President's Report
  • CEO Report - This one 'may' include an interactive game through KAHOOT. If you don't know what Kahoot is.....ask your kids.
  • Assuming the Kahoot game is developed please log in with your Desktop, iPad, Laptop as usual and have your Smart - phone available.
  • Auditor's Report. The Chamber by requirement from the Federal Board of Trade Act has to complete an Annual Audit. Report provided by R. Anderson and Associates
  • Members to vote on Board recommendation to investigate a loan option for the Chamber of Commerce - potentially the CERB (Canadian Emergency Response Benefit).
  • Dismissal and thanks to the current Board of Directors (FBOT ACT only permits for one-year terms).
  • Election of new Board of Directors.

Meeting planned for 11:30am on Wednesday, May 20th from the comfort of your home.
