Councilor Wahmeesh (Ken) Watts of Tseshaht First Nation- interviewed by CHEK TV - on Wednesday, September 11th. CHEK TV included Port Alberni on their week-long Road Tour visiting us on Wednesday. Two live interviews for the 5pm newscast including Ken featured above and also Mayor Sharie Minions. We'd hoped for a bear in the background and two of them got the memo though neither are shown in this picture. CHEK TV were thrilled with that and have sent us a handful of emails thanking us for assisting in a wonderful newscast! Well done Port Alberni! The latest email from CHEK: "Hey Bill,   Just wanted to say a big thank you for hosting us and doing so much leg work to make the show so great. We couldn't have done it without you!
