Dear Economic Development & Land Professionals,
Links to Learning is an annual technical training forum which provides a range of learning opportunities for First Nations Economic Development Officers and Lands Management Officers. Links to Learning 2025 is hosted by Cando, with funding support provided by Indigenous Services Canada, and Public Services and Procurement Canada.
This year's forum will be held at the River Cree Resort & Casino, AB on October 6 - 8 2025.
One Economic Development Officer (EDO), one Lands Management Officer (LMO), and one Councillor responsible for this portfolio from each First Nation in Alberta may apply to attend the event. Travel, accommodations, and participation costs will be covered for selected applicants.
Note: travel costs will be reimbursed for the first 90 pre-approved delegates.
