Aldea'sTransitional Housing Program (THP) helped Nora transition out of foster care by empowering her with the tools she needed to move into her very first apartment! She is now working as a childcare provider and attending classes at Napa Valley College.
Our Residential Case Manager, Katie, helped Nora prepare for this important moment in her journey through adulthood and was excited to be there for this special day.

There is no need to go out and spend money when you likely already have everything you need to make cute cards for the people you love. Watch this one minute video to learn how to repurpose your junk mail and even how to make your own glue!

Arranging emergency support for families in crisis by offering counseling services and connections to other essential community partners
