Dear Friend,

As you begin spring cleaning, please keep in mind that the 38th Ward Office is accepting donations of blankets, towels and pillows for the animals at Chicago Animal Care and Control. These donations allow the animals to have a soft, comfortable place to rest. Sealed dog and cat food/treats will also be accepted and are greatly appreciated. Donations can be dropped off at our office located at 3821 N Harlem Ave, Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm. If you have any questions, please call us at 773-283-3838. Thank you in advance for donating to help the animals in need.

Slow Down Signs Available

The 38th Ward Office currently has "Slow Down" signs available for pick up at our office. These free signs alert drivers to watch their speed while driving, especially during the warmer months while children are often playing outside.

Coffee With a Cop Event

Just a friendly reminder to join me at the Coffee with a Cop event this Saturday, April 10th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Dunkin' Donuts located at 6408 W Irving Park Rd. Bring a neighbor and come out to meet your local 16th District Police Officers. The police horses and dogs will be on site as well. This is the perfect opportunity to ask any questions that you may have and to voice your concerns. Support the police signs ($5) and T-shirts ($10) will be available for purchase (all proceeds benefit 16th District Police charities). Please remember to bring a mask and see the flyer below for more information. Hope to see you there!

Sincerely
