2025 has been our most incredible year yet here at Alice’s Kids. We are on target to help 50% more kids than in 2024. This would not have been possible without our donors and supporters.

Did you know that we pay for more than just clothes and fees? This summer, we helped 80 kids ride their bikes all over the neighborhood, sent 30 kiddos to camp, 29 are now playing notes on their new instruments, 46 boys and girls went on a field trip, and 71 received art supplies so they can create until their hearts' content!

Thanks to you – these kids have been able to have a meaningful, exciting, and - most importantly – fun summer break!

Because our donations are anonymous, it is often difficult to demonstrate our impact. But over the last year, we've collected a number of statements from our referrers showing the difference we've made in the lives of these kids. See our new Impact Page on our website!

As a Lead Student Support Specialist at Communities in Schools of Memphis (CISM), Candice Fondren, Alice's Kids' treasurer, has been a valuable member of Alice's Kids Board of Directors. Before working with either organization, Candice also worked as the Center Director at Girls Incorporated of Memphis, further devoting herself to what has become a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.

During her time at CISM, Candice has received multiple awards, including the "Attendance Works," the "Ripple Effect," "All in for Kids," and the "Veteran of the Year" awards. Candice's impact on the lives of children cannot be overstated, and her time aiding students with chronic absenteeism, academic difficulties, behavioral issues, and social service needs has been crucial to driving Alice's Kids to fulfill its mission.

To make our process even more efficient, we will soon be putting together a national Zoom conference for our referral network, which will give them an opportunity to clarify how best to use our services.
