6 Keys to Digital Marketing Success in 2018 Part 2: Content
ALIGN CONTENT MARKETING WITH YOUR CUSTOMER JOURNEY
In 2017, digital marketing saw a shift in content strategy toward a more personalized and intent-based approach to user experience. For an online business to win market share in 2018, each phase of the customer journey will require a well-planned and integrated content strategy – from consumer planning and “discovery” stages to booking and post-purchase. Your business goals, strategies, social channels, and all digital assets should be aligned with a content strategy built around search trends and engaging customers in meaningful, personal, and dynamic ways:
ALIGN CONTENT WITH USER SENTIMENT
Leverage customer sentiment about your business and your competitors to create engaging, user-focused content. Monitor review sites like Trip Advisor to identify the online conversation and see what customers love about you, their concerns, and what they like about your competition.

Background About Ergonomics
An ergonomic hazard is a physical factor within the work environment that has the potential to cause a musculoskeletal disorder (MSD).
MSDs are injuries and disorders that affect the human body’s movement or musculoskeletal system; i.e., muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, discs, blood vessels, etc. Common ergonomic hazards include repetitive movement, manual handling, workplace design, uncomfortable workstation height, and awkward body positioning.
The most frequent ergonomic injuries (or musculoskeletal disorders) include muscle/tendon strains, sprains, and back pains, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tendonitis, Degenerative Disc Disease, Ruptured / Herniated Disc, etc., caused by performing the same motion over and over again (such as vacuuming), overexertion of physical force (lifting heavy objects), or working while in an awkward position (twisting your body to reach up or down to perform a work task).

4.1% unemployment stayed the same as January.
235,000 jobs were added in February, reported by ADP. These gains were “led by solid gains in construction, hotels and restaurants, and education and health care,” according to The Associated Press.
“The risks of an overheating economy are rising,” which over time could slow growth, said Mark Zandi, chief economist at Moody’s Analytics, which helped to compile the data for the ADP report.
