SHOOTING FOR THE STARS/FEEDING THE SPARROWS

November is Stewardship month. We are asking members to prayerfully consider how they can Shoot for the Stars with the Capital Campaign while still Feeding the Sparrows with their yearly financial commitment to the church operating budget.

Both campaigns help Chisago Lake Lutheran fulfill its mission to welcome, educate, serve and share.

Capital Campaign will “shoot for the stars” with  projects which will create welcoming spaces, improve safety and security and increase energy efficiency.

Stewardship contributions will “feed the sparrows” by providing for daily operating expenses, ministries, and salaries.

If you haven’t already you will receive a folder containing more information as well as your pledge cards, please find it in the Narthex today!

Sunday, November 16 is Commitment Sunday where we ask you to return your pledge cards for both campaigns during 9am worship.

The white card is for your annual Stewardship pledge;

the green card is for your three-year Capital Campaign pledge. There will be a special celebratory brunch being served following service that Sunday – we would love to see everyone there!!
