To provide affordable, comprehensive, high-quality health care to the entire community. | | | Smiles Don't Stop for Construction | | |
Even with the sound of hammers and the sight of construction crews in our dental wing, patients continue to receive the same compassionate, high-quality care they count on every day. Behind the temporary sounds and dust barriers, exciting changes are taking shape that will soon mean even more access to dental services for our community.
The expansion will make room for an additional dentist, who plans to begin seeing patients this fall. This new dentist (introduction coming soon!) speaks both English and Spanish. Increasing access for Spanish-speaking families is a significant step toward removing barriers and improving oral health outcomes for many in our community.
Another exciting improvement is the addition of in-house crowns, allowing patients to receive more comprehensive care without needing outside referrals. This investment in new technology will save time and make treatment more convenient, all while keeping care affordable and accessible.

While the construction phase may bring a little extra noise and movement, our dental team is committed to maintaining a positive and seamless patient experience. Every appointment, every cleaning, and every treatment continues as scheduled — because smiles don’t stop for construction.
Stay tuned for the official welcome of our newest dentist and the celebration of the expanded space and services. Together, we’re building a stronger, healthier community — one smile at a time.

The 2025 Binational Health Fair is poised to reach beyond healthcare for our Latino members of the community—connecting individuals and families with any and all resources that may help them thrive physically, emotionally, socially, and economically. In addition to free health screenings provided by community partners, we invite organizations offering education, housing support, legal services, food security programs, financial counseling, employment resources, and other free resources to participate. Is your organization participating?
The Binational Health Fair will be held on Saturday, October 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Community partners are key to making the Binational Health Fair a success. By hosting a booth or activity, you help to ensure that more people in our community can access the services they need to live healthier, fuller lives. Reach out to Binational event coordinator Kendra Shirkey at kshirkey@allcarehealthcenter.org to participate. Mark your calendars for October 4—we hope to see you there!

All Care’s mobile medical clinic is making it easier than ever for students to stay healthy and thrive by expanding medical and behavioral health services in Council Bluffs schools.
Our Mobile Medical Clinic travels to six schools in the Council Bluffs Community School District on a weekly rotation to offer convenient access to primary medical care, well-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, sick visits, and medication management.
| | |
Parents and guardians can complete consent forms in advance online, ensuring students can be seen quickly when needed. Appointments can also be scheduled by calling (712) 325-1990.
In addition, Behavioral Health Therapist Kay Stutzman, LMHCt, is now available in four schools: Kirn Junior High, Abraham Lincoln High, Thomas Jefferson High, and Kanesville Learning Center. Kay specializes in supporting children and teens with challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma—right where students already spend their day. Please contact your school counselor for more information and scheduling.
By combining medical care and behavioral health support in school settings, All Care helps families save time, reduce stress, and remove barriers like transportation or missed work. Most importantly, it ensures every student has access to the care they need to succeed—academically, emotionally, and socially.

Making a Difference in Patient Lives:
More Stories of Care
| | |
Sometimes the biggest difference we can make is simply meeting patients where they are. For many in our community, the demands of work, family, and daily life make it difficult to prioritize their own health. That’s why All Care expanded access to behavioral health and dental, by offering those services alongside medical and pharmacy on Saturdays.
Therapist Stacie Acox, LMHC, shares that her patients are experiencing the impact. Several patients have shared that without Saturday availability, they never would have sought therapy at all. One patient explained that weekday appointments were impossible to manage with work and family responsibilities, but Saturdays made care a reality. Another patient, who previously scheduled late-evening weekday sessions, moved their appointments to Saturdays and found the change brought a sense of relief and balance to their routine.
The lesson is clear: when healthcare is accessible, people are more likely to take the important step of seeking help. By opening doors through flexible scheduling, All Care is making it possible for more patients to engage in healthcare, improving outcomes not only for individuals but for the health and well-being of our entire community.
All Care’s Saturday hours are 8:00am–12:00pm (pharmacy opens at 9:30am), ensuring patients have options that fit into busy lives while receiving the comprehensive, whole-person care they deserve.
Thank you for the Delta Dental of Iowa Foundation for helping All Care to implement integrated healthcare on Saturdays.
