DEI Task Force Finalizes Charter
Rea's diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) task force finalized their charter. The task force was formed to determine the vision and objectives that will guide our efforts to ensure all current and future employees -- regardless of their background, race or gender -- are supported and have access to opportunities and programs that are impartial and fair. Rea's Transition to Transamerica Begins: Upcoming Blackout Period Starts July 27
As previously announced, Rea is transitioning its 401(k) plan from July Services to a new record keeper – Transamerica – beginning Aug. 1, 2022. Next month, on July 27, the official blackout period for July Services will begin.
