Adams is one of six individuals who engage in live workout sessions on the Weight No More app, each Wednesday and Saturday.

A woman of many firsts, she is the first female to coach basketball in Atlanta’s Wallace Prather Jr. Pro Am and the Atlanta Entertainment Basketball League Summer Pro Am. Adams also coaches annual celebrity basketball games sponsored by the Campgiving Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by recording artist KCAMP and his family.
