Dear All Hands Health Network Community Partners,
As of July 3rd, the All Hands Closed-Loop Referral Network on NowPow will officially be live. What this means is that you can start sending and receiving closed-loop referrals to and from other AHHN partners through the NowPow platform.
To access a list of training resources and materials, you can navigate to the Support Portal after logging into NowPow, selecting the icon in the top right-hand corner, and navigating to Support. You can also find these resources by visiting https://support.nowpow.com/dashboard.
Additionally, AHHN and the NowPow team will be hosting two QA sessions in July. Please register for one or both of these sessions below.
If your organization would like to set up a separate training for your staff that will be using the NowPow/UniteUs on behalf of AHHN, please reach out to your Provider Network Liaison or email our team at [email protected].
