Furuno and WASSP Ltd. have collaborated over the years to engineer some fantastic solutions for temporary mounting of WASSP Multibeam Echosounder Systems (MBES). This new system can be used as a primary system for fishing and mapping AND is capable of Wireless WASSP transmission to a mothership. Introducing - the WASSP W3Pi.
The W3Pi is a self-enclosed WASSP MBES with mounting hardware and an adjustable bracket that allows the transducer to be deployed shallow or deep, depending on the transom and mounting conditions of your boat.

The W3Pi can be viewed using either a conventional PC into a display or a Furuno TZtouch3 MFD, or can be viewed on an optional tablet device such as a Durabook or a customer-supplied Panasonic Toughbook.
WASSP continues to experience the same challenges as Furuno with regards to strategic sourcing and delivery, and we can no longer contain costs without a price increase. New pricing on a wide variety of WASSP systems and components will go into effect November 9th.
WASSP W3Pi systems are available as semi-custom orders. Normal lead time is 6-8 weeks (call for availability).
