Celebrating Tasia Blair (A Note from Andy)
Dear Friends,
Please join me in offering sincere gratitude and congratulations to Tasia Blair, as she moves to Houston to continue her graduate studies. Tasia has been an incredible colleague and friend. She has led the All Saints’ young adult community ably these past two years, and many of you have experienced her warmth, professionalism, and care. I appreciate many things about working with Tasia – not least her fantastic choice in brunch foods – but I think the attribute that stands out the most is her authenticity. She’ll ask about you, and actually care what you have to say. She’ll be happy to see you after you’ve been gone for a few weeks. She’ll reach out to hear how your interview went, or how your family is doing. She’ll be so glad you made it to brunch.
I also value her heartfelt care for people who are unhoused. Partnering with Bridge of Light, Tasia and many of you have provided hygiene and respect for people who are often ignored.
On June 8, please make every effort to join us for a brunch to celebrate Tasia after the 10:00 worship service. We’ll celebrate her ministry here, and we’ll bless the goodbye as she prepares to move to Houston this summer. A friend once taught me that “Goodbye” comes from old English: “Good be with you.” Let’s remind ourselves of this reality, grounded in God’s love.
Also, the food’s going to be great.
Sincerely,
Andy
P.S. In an upcoming newsletter, I’ll share my excitement about working with Piper Shifflett, who has accepted our invitation to be the next Young Adults Coordinator at All Saints’.

(Now a note from me, Tasia, to all of You!)
Dear Friends,
Wow! Where has the time gone?! I started attending All Saints' four years ago when I moved to Atlanta, and have been serving as the Young Adults Coordinator for two years now! I have been deeply blessed to form so many meaningful connections and lasting friendships here over the years; relationships that I will carry with me always. It’s incredibly difficult to find the right words to fully express what my time here has meant to me, and nearly impossible to do so without tears. Each of you has touched my life in ways both big and small, whether you realize it or not, and I will forever be grateful for the sense of belonging this community has given me.
This is not goodbye forever. I truly believe our paths will cross again, and I pray that they do. While All Saints may not be a perfect place, it has been a place of light for me, especially in moments when I needed it most. It has renewed my hope in what an open, welcoming, and loving church community can be, and for that, I will always be grateful.
I hope you’ll join me on June 8th for one last brunch together before I begin my next chapter in Houston. It would mean the world to celebrate with you all.
As I leave this position, I do so with immense pride in how far our group has come, in the bonds we've built together, and with great peace knowing I’m leaving it in such capable, compassionate hands with Piper and Andy. You are all in such good care, and I can’t wait to see all the beautiful ways this community continues to grow.
Note: The current service schedule: 8am, 10am, 5pm.
