Remember to Set Your Clocks Back Saturday Night

Remember Your Loved Ones
All Saints Day, This Sunday November 3
On this day we remember our loved ones who have died. May God’s strength and peace be with us as we remember parishioners and family members who surround us in the communion of saints - those we shall always love, but see no longer.
Welcome Conversation!
Sunday November 3, 9:15 - 9:55 am, Paula+'s Office; 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m., Board Room
If you have recently started coming to St. Francis (or are even just considering the possibility), please come by for this informal conversation over coffee, so we can answer any questions you have about St. Francis, and also share with you ways to feel more connected to what God is doing in and through this community.
Also This Sunday - All Saints Evensong Service
Sunday, November 3, 4:00 p.m.
Come let your heart soar with the beautiful liturgy of the Evensong service, and the beautiful music of Morten Lauridsen's Lux aeterna. Our choir will be joined by our super singers and a small instrumental ensemble to play along with our organ (under the operation of our new organist, David Knight). Lux aeterna, written in 1997 on the death of Lauridsen's mother, uses five texts about light to celebrate the love that surrounds us in this life and the next. Invite your friends!
Celebration of Life
This Saturday, November 2, 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel.
A service celebrating the life of William Parker. We pray to you for Bill, and for all those whom we love, but see no longer. Grant to them eternal rest. Let light perpetual shine upon them.
Help Wanted???
Yes, as an acolyte, chalice bearer, greeter, usher, etc.! We have fabulous, dedicated parishioners who have been serving, some in various positions for years, but we need some new blood! Please pray about volunteering to help on a Sunday morning. Call, email or just walk up to Paula+ and volunteer! Joy, fulfillment and training are all a part of the package!
