In Person Worship This Week: St. Cyprian

O give thanks to the Lord, call on his name, make known his deeds among the peoples.

Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wonderful works.

Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.

Psalm 105:1-3 NRSVA

Announcements

Online Worship– We have temporarily suspended the livestreaming of our services while we address some audio and video issues. Thank you for your patience as we work toward a solution.

Office Hours- Olivia will be out of the office on Tuesday, July 28. Someone will be available at the desk from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

Yoga- All Saints is offering yoga, with an insured, certified instructor, for $10/class! Our next class is on Saturday, July 25, at 10:00 am, at St. Cyprian Parish Hall. We do have a few mats available for folks who don't have their own to bring.

Meet with Father E.R.- Father E.R. would love the opportunity to meet each parishioner. If you have not had the chance to sit down with him and share your story, call the office to set up a meeting.

An Evening of Music

All Saints Outreach is going to host “An Evening of Music”

to benefit Smoky Mountain Harm Reduction,

Sunday, July 26, at 6:30 pm, at the St. Agnes property.

We have secured three wonderful local artists,

who will perform in the chapel,

and then we will enjoy a modest reception with light refreshments

afterwards in the Parish Hall.

Wine will be provided by Slanted Window.

Proceeds will go support Smoky Mountain Harm Reduction on Georgia Rd. Tickets will be $15 each and available at the door.

If you are planning to attend the event, RSVP using the QR code below!

Bishop's Hermitage Challenge

The Hermitages at the Valle Crucis Conference Center provide a place for rest and renewal—and they remain in high demand.

Bishop José McLoughlin has pledged $150,000 toward building

up to two new Hermitages.

Your gift can help make this vision a reality while also supporting the ongoing ministry of retreat and renewal.

If you would like to contribute to this cause, you can use the QR code below or make checks payable to VCCC with "Hermitage gift in honor of Bishop José" in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to Valle Crucis Conference Center:

P.O. Box 654, Valle Crucis, NC 28691.

Introducing NEW Welcome Mugs & Magnets!

These items will be gifted to first-time visitors as a small token of our hospitality and welcome.

Church members who would like their own mug or magnet may purchase them through the church office.

Mugs are $15 and magnets are $3.

Ministry

Food Pantry- Please continue to bring items for our "Little Free Food Pantry" for those in need. Your donations will be accepted any day. There is a designated shopping cart in the foyer of the parish hall at St. Agnes and also a designated bin inside the parish hall at St. Cyprian’s. You can find a list of suggested items here. Please do not place fresh foods, i.e. fresh fruits or vegetables, in the free food pantry; though we have a lot of people using the food in the pantry, the frequency of people using it is not high enough to ensure that fresh food does not spoil.

All Saints Outreach meets the fourth Sunday of each month during coffee hour. The next meeting will be Sunday, July 26, at St. Cyprian following the 10:15 am service. Come get your treats and see how we can lift up our community together!

Ladies’ Social- The ladies gather every Tuesday at the Smokestack Cafe. The 1st & 4th Tuesdays of the month are lunch at 11:30 am, and the 2nd & 3rd Tuesdays of the month are breakfast at 9:00 am. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, at 11:30 am for lunch. Hope to see everyone there!

Men’s Breakfast The men meet every Wednesday morning at 8:30 am at Normandie Restaurant for breakfast. All men are welcome to join us.
