| | The parish office will be closed Dec. 31-Jan. 1. | | Meetings with Bishop Matt | On Thursday, January 15 at 2pm and 6pm, Bishop Matt Gunter will be at All Saints to answer questions and discuss the future of the parish. Please attend one of these sessions if you're able; we want everyone to feel heard as we go through this time of transition. Bishop Matt has also written a thoughtful letter to the members of All Saints, which was sent out via email and snail mail on Dec. 18. A few extra copies are available in the office for anyone who would like one. | | Volunteers from All Saints will be serving dinner at the Pillars Adult Shelter on Tuesday, January 6 from 5:30-8pm. Fr. Patrick Twomey will cook the food in advance, but we need volunteers to help serve and clean up. Please sign up on the Outreach bulletin board or contact the office! | | The new Ordo Calendars for 2026 have arrived! They're useful for tracking the seasons of the church year; the color of the date matches the vestments and hangings to be used in church, and the back of each month's page lists the readings for Sundays and holy days. Highly recommended for lay servers, altar guild members, and church nerds of any sort. Stop by the office, the Palmer Room, or the shelf by the lift and pick one up for free! | | Continued Call for Servers | |
Many, many thanks to those who stepped up to volunteer for the 10:30am ushering and livestream ministries after the request for help in the last newsletter!
The shortage is less urgent now, but we could still use more people to make the rotation less tight. If you've been thinking about getting involved with the Sunday morning services, these are both excellent ways to do it! Please contact the office if you're interested in becoming an usher or livestream volunteer (or an acolyte, chalice bearer, lector, or counter).

There's a new sign-up sheet for hosting coffee hour in Jan-Feb-Mar. Please sign up on the bulletin board or contact the office if you'd like to provide treats for our socializing time after the 10:30 service.
We've fallen into a pattern where coffee hour is usually hosted by the same few people, and it would be great to get more of the parish involved. You don't have to provide a full spread unless you want to; it's perfectly fine to just bring a couple of different options for treats. You can even sign up with a friend and share the work. Talk to Emily or any of our current coffee hour hosts if you'd like to know more!
| | Plans are in the works for a Shrove Tuesday pancake supper on February 17. Stay tuned for more information! | |

No Epiphany service this year
In this in-between time, we will not host a mid-week service for Epiphany, instead celebrating this feast day on Sunday, Jan. 4. Please consider joining mid-week services at St. Anne’s DePere or St. Thomas Menasha as your schedule allows.
Annual Meeting
Please save the date for our parish annual meeting on Sunday, Jan. 25. There will be one service at 9:30, followed by a potluck and business meeting. Please begin to compile your year-end summary for the annual report, with your ministry teams.
Transition Updates
There have been six special session vestry meetings since September. That means the vestry met 10 times from September - December instead of 4. Please thank your vestry members for their commitment to seeing our parish through challenges and opportunities, with love, patience and a whole lot of prayer. They are steadfast. Shake hands with: Cherie Krynock-Morris, Karl Bjornerud, Ken Bozeman, Jan Watson, Barb Schoenike, Julie Holly, Paul Van Duser, Pete Gilbert, Stephanie Gadzik, Joanne Bozeman (clerk).
Upcoming dates:
January 15. Bishop Matt Gunter comes for a special week-day visit, for conversation and teaching about our current transition. Join him at 2 p.m. or 6 p.m.
January 18. Canon Scott Leannah is our transition minister, and will celebrate the Eucharist on Sunday plus host a coffee hour Q&A after both services.
