From Bishop Jim Adams
I wish to thank all who helped in any way to allow us to celebrate a wonderful Holy Week and Easter Day. From those who served at the Altar to the wonderful musicians that played and sang their praises to God, I, personally, along with all who attended, give thanks for the faithful who participated in and the glory given to the greatest Christian festival, the Resurrection of our Lord. Likewise we enjoyed the celebration of youth on Easter 2 and its gift of growth and future to the ministry we all share. To list all who planned, practiced, gave of their time and efforts, and participated in the Liturgies of Celebration and Life at All Saints Church, would be impossible for me to list and maybe that is the point. It always takes the whole to celebrate fully the gift of Jesus Christ and the love He gives to our lives. Thank you for letting me share in the joy. Blessings always.
From the Director of Youth Ministry, Erin Wolf
  Happy Easter!

Thank you to all our amazing students, parents, and volunteers that made the 2018-2019 year in Youth Ministry a great one here at All Saints! Thank you in particular to Mike, Catherine, Brad, Jessica, Heidi, Ian, Ana, Ruth, Tina, Emily, Suzanne, and Stephanie for all you do with our kids and students. We deeply appreciate your time, talents, and gifts shared within this ministry!

May 5: There will be a brief informational meeting following the 10:00am service in the library for anyone who is interested in learning about Confirmation or being Received into the Episcopal Church. Those eligible must be turning 16 years old (or older) within the 2019-2020 school year. If you cannot attend but would still like information, please contact Erin Wolf at asygappleton@gmail.com .

From Parish Treasurer Alicia Bayambang
Hello fellow parishioners,

I am thrilled to report that our strong giving trend sky-rocketed in March (and April is looking fantastic too). Pledges are almost $12,000 over budget for March. Thank you for your timely contributions. The March 2019 Income and Expense Summary will follow. The March budget is 3/12 of the 2019 total annual budget. We incurred a $13,192 SURPLUS for March and have a $1,919 SURPLUS year-to-date for 2019. All Saints is in the BLACK, meaning we currently have more contributions than expenses and are covering our current needs. You may be wondering why you are just now seeing the March report when it is May 2nd. The reason is once the numbers are final they are submitted to the finance committee and then the vestry for review. Once they are approved the report is published in the newsletter.

Mystery Shawl
This beautiful shawl was found in the office without a note attached. Could the person who left it there please contact the office to let Emily know if it's intended as a prayer shawl or something else? Thank you!
Easter Flowers
Anyone who would like to take the Easter flowers from the sanctuary home after Sunday's service is welcome to do so.  NOTE: If you have cats or dogs, please be careful about taking Easter lilies, as they are toxic to animals.
Forward Day by Day
Forward Day by Day devotional booklets for May-June-July are available by the lift, at the back of the church, and in the office.
Parish Picnic - Jun. 2
Mark your calendars! The annual parish picnic will be held on the Washington St. lawn (weather permitting) following the 10 am service on Sunday, June 2 .

Opportunities to Serve
Greeters Wanted
We're looking for more people to join the Greeting ministry! Would you like to stand by the Drew St. entrance or the lift before the 10am service and welcome people as they arrive? Please contact the office if you're interested.
Vestry Clerk
All Saints is still in need of a new Clerk of the Vestry. This is a volunteer position that requires attending all vestry meetings, which are usually held after the 10am service on the 3rd Sunday of the month, and taking minutes which are later distributed to the vestry. The clerk does not vote on vestry decisions. If you'd like to serve in this role, please contact  Senior Warden Rob Anderson .
