Master of Architecture II Advanced Design Studio 2017-2018 Graduate Thesis Exhibition: [DE]CONSTRUCTING A CRITICAL ARGUMENT

The Master of Architecture II Advanced Design Studio is culminating the 2017-2018 academic year with an exhibition of its thesis work.

Toward a Concrete Utopia: Architecture in Yugoslavia, 1948-1980

Students of the School of Architecture designed and fabricated five models featured in this exhibition currently on view in the 3rd Floor Exhibition Galleries at the Museum of Modern Art. The Project began as an elective class "Modeling Yugoslav Architecture," taught by Matthew Worsnick, 2016-17 MRC Fellow in Architecture and Design at the Museum of Modern Art. 

The exhibition was organized by Martino Stierli, The Philip Johnson Chief Curator of Architecture and Design, The Museum of Modern Art, and Vladimir Kulic, guest curator, with Anna Kats, Curatorial Assistant, Department of Architecture and Design, The Museum of Modern Art.
