Message from the Director & Artistic Director of Stageworks
Darla Lemay
Welcome everyone to a unique and amazing experience to direct a Broadway Show during such uncertain times.
I want to first thank my staff and board for their support and dedication.
And, this amazing cast who has been so flexible and who gave up their summers to do the show. It has been such a positive experience and so much fun.
And finally thank you for your faith in us and supporting Stageworks and our little show.
You will love this show.
Now please sit back, relax, and let us entertain you.

Message from President
Erin Owens
On behalf of the Stageworks Board of Directors, “Thank You!” and “Congratulations!” to all of the cast, crew, staff and other production team members for bringing this production to the stage, despite the pandemic around us. It has required tremendous dedication, commitment and resilience from everyone involved to make this production happen. Things may not be normal, but the perseverance of this group of artists, and all in the performing arts community, proves “the show must go on.”
Thank you to all our patrons and supporters for your dedication to our organization.

He has played numerous comedic and villainous roles, from Wackford Squeers in Nicholas Nickelby to John/Judas in Godspell. He is very excited to be back on stage, and hopes to continue to perform for years to come.

Andrew Doerksen is a musical theatre enthusiast. You may have seen him in last year's Stageworks production of Beauty and the Beast as the Beast or in Guys and Dolls as Sky Masterson. Other theatre credits are either from his times acting in City Life’s many dinner theaters over the years or LCHS musicals from 98' to 01'. He is happy to be a part of this year’s Stageworks show as Jim Haller acting opposite his (actual wife) Bethany Doerksen as Sylvia. He hopes that this year's production will bring you a night of music, dance, laughter, and fun.

Darla Lemay is a graduate of Grant MacEwan College and Reliance College of Business. She is the Artistic Director of Stageworks Academy of the Performing Arts and is also the Director of All Shook Up. Darla continues to train all over Canada and the U.S. To make things even more interesting than directing and producing a show during COVID, she is also dancing and singing alongside some of the most talented people she knows. A great deal of effort and creativity is the root to the success of All Shook Up by everyone involved with it. It has been a very nice distraction from the fears and inconvenience of a pandemic. And one that will never be forgotten.
The show must go on and so must the players. Enjoy and have a great time.

Lord almighty! This is Jessica Ramisch’s first musical since elementary school. She is excited to show off the work she puts into continuously being in the ensemble, and half of one semester in university to realize she had to ‘follow that dream wherever that dream may lead’, which is to be ‘just a roustabout’ on stage. She has decided to put her other acting credits into use including, “The Triangle Factory Fire Project” as ensemble, and “The Three Musketeers” as Sailor #2 & Mob #5. She hopes this show will fill you with the desire to boogie and de-bop, ‘cause heaven knows’ that this show is where you’ll not want to stop!

He is dedicating this performance to all people who struggle with being bullied into living by someone else’s version of what life should be. He hopes you enjoy the show and find a way to follow that dream.

Morgan Clark is a senior currently attending Leduc Composite high school. She’s been in one musical before which was the production of Newsies, put on by Leduc Comp. She really hopes you enjoy the show as we’ve all put in so much work in this daring time. Let not let this virus take away all the fun!

Nida Vanderham is a young actress aspiring to take her craft to a professional level. She is currently studying Theatre Arts at MacEwan University and has plans to move to Vancouver afterward to pursue film. She has been in six musical theatre productions at Spruce Grove Composite High School, including The Wizard of Oz, The Lion King, All Shook Up Jr., and Freaky Friday, among others. She hopes that the audience has a fantastic experience watching the show. She dedicates this show to her most supportive friends, Cashelle and Jaycelyn, and to her wonderful parents who made her dream of pursuing the arts come true. Enjoy the show, folks!

Pam Rubner is in her second year with Stageworks. She was hooked after Beauty and the Beast. As a stay-at-home mom of three young kids that always keep her on her toes, she finds it wonderful to share her love of theatre with her kids. She feels as if she has been performing for her whole life. She enjoys singing and dancing around the house. She danced for 10+ years in grade school. Once she became legal, she was hooked on karaoke to never look back. Finding Stageworks and being able to perform as an adult has been a dream come true for Pam.
