Personal Benches in Our Lady Gardens

Our Lady is pleased to be able to offer our families the choice of purchasing a personal bench than can be placed at the site of their loved one's plot. It saddens our staff when we are advised that a family bench has been moved and/or broken by someone outside the immediate family.

Benches in the cemetery are the personal property of the party who purchased the bench and placed it in the cemetery. No one outside of the immediate family has the right to move or use any bench on a specific plot. Only the owner of the bench can move the bench or the cemetery caretaker when the need arises for a service or maintenance of the grounds.

Please share this information with your family, relatives and/or friends. Tell anyone who visits the cemetery if you have a bench for their use. If you do not have a bench, kindly let them know that they are not allowed to move or use a bench and to be respectful of others property.
