A few notes as we approach our All State weekend...

OMEA is requiring students to be either fully vaccinated (booster not required) or test negative through a clinic test dated January 12th or later.

The Hult Center, adjacent to The Graduate Hotel in Eugene, is hosting a testing clinic provided by Curative Labs. Test results are available in an hour. Though walk-ins are permitted, those who schedule an appointment are prioritized. Testing is free, however, those who are insured must show proof of insurance. If you choose to use this test center, please consider travel and wait time in your trip so that you can arrive to your ensemble check-in site on time. Please visit the following site for contact and information regarding this test center:

Please contact your schools, they may offer COVID testing on their site, OMEA will accept these tests as well.

In an effort to expedite student check-in on your arrival, please use the following Google form to upload the image of your COVID vaccination card or proof of a negative test dated January 12th or later. Please ensure that your name and date of vaccination/negative test can be clearly viewed in the upload. You must be logged in to your Google account.

Uploading this card is a requirement.

Here are the information packets for the students. Included are the check in location and times per ensemble. Please note, OMEA's COVID policy in these documents are dated. Please refer to our current policy at the top of this message.

All State apparel:
The 2022 OMEA All State Apparel store is open! Orders placed before January 1st will be available for pick-up at the All State Convention. Orders made after January 1st, will include a shipping and handling charge, and will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks after the convention.

Before you submit your shopping cart, you will be asked to fill in "Specific ensemble name or blank back". If you would like to have your Honor Ensemble Name and Roster printed on the back, you will need to type in your ensemble's name. If you do not want that on the back, type in "Blank or Blank Back".

Note*** All Middle School students receive a T-Shirt as part of their registration, this shirt will be worn during their concert.

Thank you so much for your commitment to excellence and safety as we meet for what is setting up to be an exciting All State weekend!
