Volume 18 | June, 2018

Summertime tends to bring out a new-found energy and appreciation for life. Are you grandparents? Have you recently sat to observe the positive energy and creative imagination of a five-year-old? I can’t help but notice the boundless energy they have running in circles, falling down and getting back up again—waving and smiling at strangers. There are so many lessons to be learned from these youngsters. When you fall in the game of life, dust yourself off and get right back up again. Smile at your neighbors and strangers—they could become your new best friend. And, don’t be afraid to laugh at yourself. We have a tendency to take ourselves too seriously.

To quote Bernard Edmonds, " To dream anything that you want to dream, that is the beauty of the human mind. To do anything that you want to do. That is the strength of the human will. To trust yourself to test your limits. That is the courage to succeed.

Wishing you the start of a wonderful summer! And, for all you fabulous dads, have a very Happy Father's Day!

Best wishes,
Mike Spreckelmeier

" Progressive Design Build (PDB) offers a unique remodeling “process” that basically removes or lessens the possibilities of delays, change orders, or misunderstandings... Dave Wherry, Vice President/Co-Owner, and his team follow this process in detail to assure the client that there are no “surprises” from the beginning of the project to the end of the project.

Along with Dave and his team, each subcontractor meets with the client at the clients home to go over drawings, answer questions, and become an integral part of the process. Again, all with the idea of eliminating the chance of delays or misunderstandings.

Dave’s team also meets with the client several times during the process. The purpose of the meetings are to assure the client that they will receive exactly what they want and exactly what will work best for their remodel project.
My wife and I have gone through several building/ remodeling projects over the past 30 years and we can confidently say that the “process” offered by PDB is the ideal solution. We would highly recommend PDB for your next remodeling project ."
