Although fall brings the colder weather, we continue to SHINE at Sunshine Village!
We let our creativity shine with exhibitions at Indian Orchard Mills and RiverMills Senior Center. We joined the team of volunteers building a new playground at the Boys and Girls Club of Chicopee and also received an award for volunteering at The Market at Gray House.
While our lawn games party brought us lots of laughs, our Friendship Club's spa day brought us lots of smiles. Then, Boomer from the Springfield Thunderbirds brought us lots of high-fives! As lifelong learners, we visited the beautiful campus of Elms College for networking and a business etiquette luncheon with students.
Thank you to all that helped make the 2nd Annual Mac & Cheese Challenge a success raising funds for our innovative programs and services, including our host and sponsor, Blue Room Cafe!
Come see us shine with a booth of our handmade crafts at the St. Catherine of Siena ChurchCraft Fair on November 3rd! You can also help make dreams come true with a donation to our Holiday Appeal or by shopping for gifts on AmazonSmile.
Thank you for your support of our great days at Sunshine Village!
Introducing the newest cohort of employees starting the Sunshine Village Leadership Training Program! The year-long program helps build leadership skills and encourages personal and professional growth. Thank you to the Community Foundation of Western MA for investing in our future leaders with a Capacity Grant.
Executive Director, Gina Kos, gave a warm welcome to our new Director of Human Resources, Chris Pollender.
Our employees make great days happen at Sunshine Village!
To show our gratitude, surprise raffles were held for employees to win "healthy living baskets" and our signature beach towels.a
