The quality, preciseness and personalization of our Valhalla Boatworks (VBW) center consoles shine through in this series of images of Steel Leader, a V-41 on display in our Valhalla Boat Sales Showroom in New Gretna, New Jersey. Above: Her white-and-black, two-tone hull is complemented by grey teak and upholstery throughout and black powder-coated metal work. Antennas and other hardtop components are also painted black. Let’s take a closer look…

The black rub rail rims Steel Leader’s grey faux teak toe rail. The stainless steel (SS) pull-up cleats and custom SS skene chocks are from Gremlux. VBW collaborated with this vendor to develop the skene chock, which is also a pull-up design to match the cleats and maintain a clean, streamlined bow.

The resin-infused hardtop – with Shark Grey underside – is mounted to a black powder-coated frame that includes an eight-rod rocket launcher. Also note the two custom speaker pods, the recessed teaser reels and the solid ProCurve glass helm enclosure.

At the helm, an Edson carbon fiber steering wheel and Release Marine teak helm pod (stained grey) make a perfect pair.

The trio of helm chairs are also stained grey teak, and the upholstery features black stitching and piping, along with custom grey and charcoal colors.

The attention to detail is also apparent when it comes to Steel Leader’s major fishing accessories, including this finely detailed rocket launcher (stained grey) and fillet table with black powder-coated frame.

Last and certainly not least: The grey faux teak transom with painted name and aggressive graphic (above) and the quad 400-hp Mercury Verados outboards, which received grey faux teak accent panels (below). Like we said at the top, details matter!
