MiniSeries 2024

Our Spring semester kickoff launches with our MiniSeries, a 2-week community program focused on important issues impacting us today. This year's theme Tzedek Tzedek Tirdof, Justice Justice You Shall Pursue, will feature guests from Arizona Jews for Justice, along with different social justice initiatives such as CAREaVAN, NCJW, Gesher and others. Donations for winter warmth drive needed!


This learning program is part of Hebrew High and all students are anticipated to participate.

Tuesday Jan. 9, 7-9pm: AZ Jews for Justice

Community learning, Project Linus blanket making, AZ Jews for Justice Food Security truck and winter warmth kits.**bring donations**


Tuesday Jan. 16, 8-9pm (after 1st hour)

Hosted by CAREaVAN Social Action Summer Adventure, we'll welcome different social justice initiatives with hands-on impact-making projects.

Stand Indivisible AZ volunteers will be on campus Tuesday 1/9 to register students who will be 18 by the next election. Learn More

SPECIAL UPSTANDER TRAINING EVENT

SUNDAY FEBRUARY 4, 10AM-2PM


Hebrew High is hosting a special training with ADL for all students looking to break down prejudice and create a world of peace and understanding.


This program will challenge our own biases, empower teens to take a stand for all acts of discrimination and provide the tools for effective peace-activism and leadership.


This is a required training for students in our certified upstander program.

Temple Chai Confirmation

10th Grade Experience


The 10th graders of Temple Chai will meet with Rabbi Segal to explore what Judaism means to them as they navigate through high school and prepare to be young Jewish adults. The class will culminate in a student-led Confirmation ceremony in May at Temple Chai.
