Join us for our Nature Education Series...FOR ADULTS!


Broaden your horizons and enhance your nature knowledge. Explore new topics every month. We will cover the basics during a FREE, Virtual Zoom presentation. Then join us for an in-depth In-Person program where we will dive deeper into each topic.

Thanks to a partnership with Heavner Canoe and Kayak snowshoe rentals are available in heritage Park at the Nature Center December through March. Cost is $7/pair for ages 5 and up. Call 248-473-1870 for more info.

Owl Prowl - Experience a guided hike through the trails of Heritage Park in search of owls and other nocturnal animals. Listen for owl calls and find out what makes these creatures such expert hunters and survivalists.
