The latest news from Eden House...
The Big Reveal...
Peggy Babin, Kara Van de Carr, and Gina Rachel pose with the award from The Jensen Project
We are honored and excited to announce that Eden House was named a 2021 Grant Tank Recipient by The Jensen Project!

Grant Tank is a yearly grant program, funding up to $2 Million to advance economic empowerment and housing opportunities for agencies who serve adult female survivors of human trafficking. Through this partnership with The Jensen Project, Eden House will be able to fund the operations of an emergency shelter, offering women an immediate escape from a life of trafficking and abuse.

We have not yet found a suitable location for our new emergency shelter.
If you know of a location which might be available, please email info@edenhousenola.org

We are so honored to have been selected and to have the opportunity to assist more women on the road to recovery.
The Easter Bunny stopped by Eden House to deliver some Spring treats to our residents this month!
Thank you so much to the members of St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church who made this possible! Special thanks to Karen Donaldson (pictured above) for playing the Easter Bunny this year!
All Eden House residents and staff have been fully vaccinated!
We are so grateful to the staff at Castellon Pharmacy for making this possible. Post-vaccination, life is returning to normal here at Eden House and our residents are finding employment, returning to their educational pursuits, and taking advantage of all that their new lives have to offer them!
The Summer semester is right around the corner! Spend your Summer making a difference in the lives of survivors through an Eden House internship!
Thank You to
The Danos Foundation
The Danos Foundation awarded charitable grants to 24 nonprofits including Eden House! The grants are part of the Foundation’s Danos GIVES program, which is funded by employee and company contributions. Since its establishment in 2017, the Danos Foundation has provided nearly a half million dollars through its GIVES, WORKS and CARES programs. We are so grateful for this generous contribution, thank you!
Give Nola Day is right around the corner! Early Giving opens April 20th.
