A Gathering of Resistance & Hope

Resistance & Hope Tour

This gathering with The Many is a participatory worship experience (not a concert) centered on the theme: Fear Incarcerates. Love Liberates.

Through simple communal singing, guided reflection, and an embodied ritual, participants are invited to:

Name personal and collective fears

Experience connection and belonging

Symbolically release those fears (using dissolving paper in water)

Receive a reminder of their belovedness (a colored stone)

The tone is inclusive, trauma-aware, and justice-oriented, with flexible language for God and full permission to engage at one’s own pace.

Goal: Help people move from isolation and fear toward connection, hope, and love in action.

Questions or Ideas? Contact Building & Grounds.
