Sunday, October 6, 2024

Fr. Martin Browne, OSB, from the Office for Christian Unity at the Vatican will preach the sermon at the 10am Worship Service. All are welcome! He will then stay for coffee hour and a round table conversation with Rev. Jeff Markay and the gathered community at 11:15am in the Fellowship Hall. All are invited and welcome for coffee, tea, bagels, conversation and Q+A.

Fr. Martin and Pastor Jeff met at The World Methodist Council meeting in Gothenburg, Sweden in August, 2024. They had some wonderful conversations and discussions about Catholic and Methodist Dialogue and ecumenical friendship. That conversation and friendship will continue on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at the Chatham UMC!

We hope you will invite your friends and neighbors, who are Protestant, Catholic, former Catholic, Spiritual But Not Religious, of any faith background at all, to come to Chatham UMC on Sunday morning, October 6th. It will be memorable!
