We will have two bouquets on our Holy Communion Sundays. If you wish to furnish flowers, the cost is $30.00 per Sunday for 2 bouquets. After worship, an altar guild member will present the flowers to a church member who cannot regularly join us. Please consider being a part of this important ministry.

It's time do do Safe Church training again. If you received an email from Praesidium it is from Angi. Please read and respond if needed. If there are questions, contact Angi.

Starting Wednesday, March 1 we will be having an evening Lenten soup supper, discussion group and Compline service each week until Holy Week. We will meet at 5:30 and should finish around 7:30.

There is a sign up sheet on the bulletin board in the narthex for volunteers who would like to provide the soup. The bread will be provided.

The discussion will be centered around the book that Bishop Loya has recommended, but you don’t have to read it to participate in this program.

Ready to root deeply in the gift economy/ecology of God's good Creation? Join others from St John's and Holy Communion as a Vineyard Steward at the ECMN Mission at Good Courage Farm in Hutchinson https://www.goodcourage.farm/.

The Vineyard Stewards Small Group Ministry is a commitment to seasons-long relationships with one another, with Hebrew scripture and the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and most notably, with a row or 2 of cold-hardy grape vines at Good Courage Farm. Our goals are to experience reciprocity with Creation, deepen our understanding of vineyard metaphor and imagery in Jesus' teaching and in our lives, and end the season with bottles of Eucharistic wine for sharing in our parishes or congregations.

Time is short! The first day on the farm will be either March 4th or 11th, weather depending. Reach out to Margo W. Druschel with questions or to sign-up at Coffee Hour on February 19th or at mdruschel@gmail.com

Many Thanks to all who helped support Connections Ministry Shelter during our hosting week from January 16 to 22. All went well with meals and shift coverage. The guests of the shelter expressed their gratitude many, many times! We will likely host another week later in this season. Dates have not been decided on as yet. I'll keep you posted. Please know that one can go to the sign up genius to volunteer anytime. Thanks again! Audrey, Shelter Coordinator for St. John's
