A note from Pastor Kelly

Last weekend, I had to make an emergency trip to Pullman, WA where my son is a freshman at WSU. He had been admitted to the ER after a seizure (spoiler alert: he’s ok!). Of course, it’s taken a week for my nervous system to work its way back down to anything resembling normal but I’m almost there. There was such an outpouring of care from the people at Westminster for our family and we are truly blessed by your concern. Thank you for sharing your own stories of last minute trips to the hospital, unexpected health crises and supporting young adults from a far. I am grateful to travel these roads together.

With deep appreciation,

Pastor Kelly

Outreach for Social Justice Committee

Everyone is invited to stop by the Outreach for Social Justice Committee bulletin board (just outside Russell Hall) and pick up a copy of Advent Devotions to simplify Christmas and consider creation care during the busy Christmas Season. Like Mary reflects in the Magnificat, preparing for the birth of Jesus is a time to make new resolves, run fresh risks, and embrace new lives.
