The Affiliate Line is specifically designed for our providers who are not signed up to use the PROVIDERfiles portal. This designated line is strictly for these providers to let our Connecting Team know whether they can accept or decline a referral opportunity. You can reach our Affiliate Line at 1-800-492-0052.


Your Affiliate Network Management Team has its own Toll-Free number that should be utilized for all other provider inquiries. This includes PROVIDERfiles questions, changes to your practice or demographics and rate/contract information. Your Affiliate Network Management Team can be reached at 1-800-437-3015.


Take away the worry of tracking your paper check payments and enroll in Direct Deposit! Direct Deposit offers faster, more secure payments with greater flexibility and convenience. Our Direct Deposit form is attached for you to review and can be returned directly to: [email protected]. If you are not currently interested in signing up for Direct Deposit, we welcome your feedback as to why this option is not a good fit.

REMINDERS & INFORMATION

PROVIDERFiles information and updates to improve the experience:

  • If you see an opportunity email and there is no file awaiting you in PROVIDERfiles, the authorization has been moved elsewhere, and there is no need to reach out. 
  • Our PROVIDERfiles portal is to be used to Accept/Reject Referrals, Submit Sessions for Billing and Close Cases only.
  • For How-To Guides for these tasks, visit the Knowledge Base Tab in the Profile Module in the portal.
  • It is no longer necessary to enter First Appointment Offered information for your AllOne Health clients. 
  • Please be sure to either Accept or Reject all referrals, because leaving them sitting in your “Referral Opportunities” causes serious delays in connecting the client.
  • PROVIDERfiles does not function on any Smart phone (Apple, Samsung, etc.). Please use from a laptop or desktop PC only.
  • Our Affiliates are no longer able to close Supervisory/Mandated referrals in the portal, as this will now be completed by the Account Managers only.
  • Please remember that the purpose of the PROVIDERfiles portal is to electronically receive referral opportunities and be able to respond to the referral. Please be sure you are accepting/declining your referrals in the portal and not sending an email to the Affiliate Team with your response. This will ensure our Connecting Team follows up on the case appropriately.

Additional Reminders

  • Should a client request a copy of their record, please contact AllOne Health and ask to speak with the client's account manager. AllOne Health requires that affiliates should keep client records for a period of seven (7) years.
  • Tip for Gmail Users: You should go to Settings-> Filters and send emails from @allonehealth.com to your Primary folder/Inbox. This will stop emails from us going to your Promotions (Junk/Spam) folder. You can search Google for additional tips to help make your Gmail more user-friendly.
  • It is important that you adhere to expiry dates of client authorizations.
  • Our clients may not always be able to reach our Affiliates immediately and rely on leaving a message to initiate their services. It is important that the number you provide to clients has a professional voicemail in place. This reassures our clients that they have reached the correct number and helps them feel comfortable to leave their personal information for a follow up.
  • The AOH website is a great place to learn more about the programs we offer, explore informative webinars or catch up on the latest AllOne Health company news. Our website is not designed to receive provider inquiries, as these should be addressed directly to the Affiliate Network Management Team at [email protected].
