What's Happening around Allegro?
Mindfulness Mornings
All of our students are busy with academics and personality responsibilities. One way to decompress and learn how handle these responsibilities is through a mindfulness practice. Come join Ms. Kokal every Wednesday morning and start the day off right as we begin a mindfulness practice together. No experience required - just a desire to learn how to deal with stress, conflict, and anxiety in a new way.

When: Every Wednesday from 7-7:20
Starts March 13th
Where: Room 208
Who: Anyone, any grade is welcome!

VirtualSC
VirtualSC classes have begun for the term! Just a reminder, if you are enrolled in a VirtualSC course and drop below a 70, you will need to attend a flex period on Mondays with Ms. Kokal or meet with a teacher who can help in your subject area.

Skills for Success
Study Tip of the Month

Sleep! It might seem counterintuitive when I'm talking about studying, but if you are sleeping a solid nine hours a night, you will be better equipped to have a productive day.
Hello Seniors!
Collect your $$$ for School!
Several of you have asked about scholarships or money for school. The number one thing you can do to help yourself now is to complete the FAFSA. You do not have to wait to file this years taxes to complete the FAFSA. They use last year's tax return information.
