Foundational Leadership Training Offered
The St. Norbert College Center for Exceptional Leadership (CEL) is offering a Foundational Leadership program on the campus of Bay College in 2023. The CEL leadership development programs are for professionals at all levels of an organization.

Registration is now open for Foundational Leadership, with a registration deadline of February 3. The training will take place at Bay College West Campus. The Foundational Leadership program equips team members who are new to leadership or have been identified as high performers with the qualities, core behaviors and skills they need to become more contemplative, forward-looking drivers of an organization’s success.

Training of this quality is not typically available here and allows participants the opportunity to benefit from outside expertise and one-on-one coaching without travel time and expense. Additionally, Jon Harry from Systems Control is the local program lead for this offering.
