As court actions continue to play out surrounding the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS), the previously ordered stay by the Fifth Circuit Court has been dissolved, paving the way for the OSHA ETS rules to take effect. State Going PRO Talent Funds Awarded
The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity announced the FY 2022 recipients of the Going PRO Talent Fund awards. The Going PRO Talent Fund makes awards to employers to assist in training, developing, and retaining current and newly hired employees. Training funded by the Talent Fund must be short-term and fill a demonstrated talent need of the employer.
