ADVISORY:  Alliance for Women In Media - National Capital Area Chapter  Women's March:  Now What

(Washington, D.C.), - The Alliance for Women in Media - National Capital Area Chapter (AWM-NCAC) presents the Women's March: Now What, on March 25, 2017 at CBS Radio 1015 Half Street, S.E, Suite 200 in Washington, DC at 11:00 AM.  

The event will feature a panel of experts and thought leaders who will hold a powerful conversation on why people went to the march, why people didn't attend and what is next on the agenda.  We will also focus on how we can help our own communities and movements in this path ahead.  The panel will be moderated by Poet Taylor (WPGC 95.5 & WJLA) featuring the following panelists:  Janaye Ingram (National Co-Chair, Women's March), Arnold Fege (Founder & President, Public Advocacy for Kids, Cynthia McCabe (Communications Expert, Activist & Writer, Triage. white women. Triage), Dia Bui (Creative Director & LGBTQ Activist, Humanity in Print), Kersha Deibel (Generation Z Project Director, Planned Parenthood) and (Angela Franco-Gulick (President & CEO, Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce). Attendees will be able to engage in a dynamic discussion regarding the Women's March and learn what needs to be done to keep the powerful movement moving forward now that the march is over.
